What is a Breach of Contract?

As a Wonoloer (Independent Contractor), upon acceptance of a job, you are entering into a contract with the Requestor that you will arrive at the agreed upon time, and complete the work agreed to.

If you fail to uphold the agreed upon contract, we have implemented the following Breach Of Contract policy:

When do breaches occur?

1 Breach = Any withdrawal from a job within 12 hours of the start time.

1 Breach = Withdrawing from 3 jobs or a multi-day job (12+ hours before the start time) within 30 days.

1 Breach = Any 1, 2, or 3-star rating.

3 Breaches = Any No show/cancellation after the start time.

After 30 days, if no additional breaches are added, your breaches count will reset to 0.

Breaches are issued by Wonolo to ensure everyones commitment to the community guidelines. 

First Breach = 3-day limited view of jobs and removal from any existing accepted jobs.

Second Breach = 7-day limited view of jobs notifications and removal from any accepted jobs.

Third Breach = Limited view of jobs and removal from all accepted jobs.
