I need to cancel the job I posted. What is your cancellation policy? (Updated)

We understand that plans change at times.  In those situations, our cancellation policy requires Requestors to pay 50% of the payment for the Wonolo service:

  1. If cancelled within 3 hours of the posted start time.
  2. If you provide materially insufficient and/or incorrect information such that it prevents the job from being completed by a reasonable Wonoloer.
  3. If you or your designated supervisor/representative is not present/available to direct the Wonoloer(s) for the job.
