How do I input or change my payment information?

You can input or change your payment information at anytime. You can receive direct deposit by either option listed below.

  • Bank Account
  • Debit Card

There are a couple things to look out for when inputting your payment information. To input your information, login to the Wonolo app and select Pay in the menu. Then, select the card icon on the top right corner.

Once you have selected the card icon, these 2 options will be available. Please, only input one payment method.

*Your bank will either verify or inform us of any issues regarding your payment information once your first payment has processed.*

Notes

  1. Only choose one payment method. You are unable to link both a bank account and debit card. 
    • If you have received payments with the information you already have listed, do not re-enter or adjust your information if you are experiencing a delay in your payment. This will only cause further delay due to our payment provider re-verify the new information listed. 

  2. If you are using a Debit Card, it MUST be Mastercard or Visa.
    • Some banks offer you an ATM card that allows you to withdraw money from your checking account, but only through an ATM machine. Unlike debit cards, ATM cards do not have the Visa or MasterCard logo and, in most cases, may not be used to make store purchases directly
        
  3. If you are linking a bank account, it must be a Checking Account
  4. If you are using a Paycard, please input your direct deposit ID and routing number under Checking Account
