There are a few reasons why this may have happened.
- Canceled due to your lower pool status
If you received a low rating, withdrew from a job within 12 hours, or have more than 2 withdrawals in 30 days, you will have been canceled from all future jobs.
Please review the Breach Policy for more details.
- Your background check is still processing
If your background check is still processing, we've had to remove you from the job(s) you have accepted until it is complete.
Sometimes, processing can take longer based on your previous address history, and/or the number of different counties you’ve lived in.
Or, our third-party background check provider (Checkr) has requested some additional information from you. This requires action on your part, so please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions.
If there is no additional information requested from you, please stay patient with the process as your background check is completed.
As soon as your background check has been cleared, and accepted, we will reach out to let you know you can start accepting jobs again.
- Canceled by the Requestor
Unfortunately, sometimes the needs of the Requestor will change, so your job may get canceled.
If this happens less than 3 hours of your start time, you will be reimbursed, by the Requestor, 50% of the original pay posted.
This is automatically processed, so no additional action is required by you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
